All you have to do is, combine almond milk, water, and coconut oil and microwave it for 20 sec. or until melted. Remove from the microwave and let it cool until it is lukewarm or just about 10 minutes. When lukewarm, mix in brown sugar and yeast and allow it to sit for about 5 minutes.
Prepare a large bowl, mix in the yeast mixture, honey and some egg whites. Mix until you can hold in into a ball. Cover it with a plastic wrap and leave for 1 hour, the dough should have doubled its size by then.
While waiting for the dough to rise, prepare coconut oil, honey and brown sugar and place in the microwave for 10 sec. just to thin the honey. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Take out the yeast ball and flour some flat surface where you can knead it. Go back to your thinned honey in the refrigerator; it should have developed into a jelly-like consistency by then. Cut it into squares and distribute it to the dough. Roll the dough into small rolls, and sprinkle some cinnamon.
Bake the bread for 30 min. Enjoy!
