When you are exercising, you begin with being in a kneeling position. Each hand should hold one wheel and try to be in a position of push-ups while on your knees. You should make sure that you can control your body by focusing on your strength so that you cannot fall leading to injuries.

Then be free to allow the wheels to roll forward and backward. In the beginning, I had the tough time since I would not be able to roll far from my knees. Am sure at that time I was very strong to control my body, unlike my friend who had several accidents injuring their faces and chest.

This exercise that I have mentioned above is the easiest that beginners are advised to do. There are minimal accidents if a lot of care is taken. The second one is a bit hard but not as such. There is no different in beginning the intermediate as the above. Here the wheels are rolled diagonally instead of forward.

This makes it easier for me to be in the right position and concentrate on the movement. The handles are well made and easy to grasp. I know one day they will grow old but not now. In my opinion, they are unique and I will keep on loving them forever.
